- How long will it take for my card and PIN to arrive?
- Your prepaid card will be issued and delivered directly to you within 2 months from the date of purchase. For security reason, your PIN number will be sent in a separate letter immediately after your card has been issued to you.
- What do I need to do when receive my card?
- In order to use your card, you will need to activate the card by clicking on Login/Register
- Can I change my card PIN?
- Yes you can change your PIN at most UK ATM’s
- What if I forget my card PIN?
- Your PIN allows you to make cash withdrawals or make purchases. If you forget your card PIN please contact Customer Services on 0905 151 0307 should you reissue a new PIN.
- Where can I use my Chitter Chatter VISA card?
- You can use your card anywhere worldwide where you see the VISA logo
- Where can I view my balance and transaction history?
- To view your card balance and transaction history, login to your account and then click onthe option for viewing the account balance and transaction history.You can also check your account balance by sending SMS. “Text the word ‘balance’ followed by a space and then the last 8 digits of the card number to '60060'E.g. balance 12345678(the cost of the SMS balance enquiry £0.20)
- How can I load my Card?
- If you wish to load funds onto the card you can do this by transferring money from your bank account.You can reload your card from £25 to £5,000 through a bank transfer. If you wish to reload your card using on-line banking simply login to your bank account and use the following details to transfer the money into your card.

- What if my Card is lost or stolen?
- If your card is lost or stolen you must immediately call customer services on 0905 151 0307. Customer Services is open 24 hours a day and they will block your existing card and arrange a replacement card.
- What do I do if I forget my User ID and / or Secure Code?
You can retrieve your User ID/ or Secure Code by clicking 'Login' on www.chitterchatter.co.uk/card and then on the Login page clicking ‘Forgotten Your User ID?’ or ‘Forgotten Your Secure Code?’
