Another location based app, Badoo is a social networking app which puts you in touch with new people in your area. Badoo has more than 180 million users worldwide so there’s a good chance they’ll be people local to your area already signed up. Another app which you can access through Facebook. Simply log in and create your own personalised dating profile called a ‘dater card’. The app lets you look through other users dater cards where you indicate whether you want ‘to date’ or’ pass’, don’t worry none of this is posted on your Facebook wall. Let’s Date will suggest a match where two people have mutually liked their dating cards and will even suggest some possible venues to arrange to meet up.
How About We (iOS, Android – free)
A slightly different approach towards dating from the makers of How About We. Essentially you post an idea for a date and enter a description of what you’d like to do on your date and you then sit back to wait and see who would be interested in joining you. It’s also quick and easy to browse the local dates posted by other members and view the profiles and photos to help you choose some potential dates to meet up with.
