Our HTC One M9+ Review
The ultra premium HTC One M9+ was rolled out in China in April and wasn't expected to be available in Europe, however HTC have announced that it will be arriving soon and is also likely to be rolled out in the USA.
The HTC One M9+ offers a larger display as well as upgraded features and improved specs over the original HTC One M9. Whereas the One M9 came with a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, the One M9+ boasts a 5.2-inch Quad HD display with a stunning 2560 x 1440 resolution which gives it a very impressive pixel density of 565 ppi.
Another upgrade to the HTC One M9+ is the fingerprint scanner which is built into the Home button and of course it features HTC's trademark dual BoomSound speakers on the front.
On the rear, the One M9+ has a fantastic 20-megapixel duo camera, similar to the one on the HTC One M8, which comes with a second camera sensor for added depth to photos. The rear-facing camera also features a dual LED flash and autofocus. The front-facing camera is a 4-megapixel snapper which can record in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
HTC have opted for an octa-core Mediatek processor alongside 3GB of RAM and a powerful 2840mAh battery which provides around 13 hours of talk time on 3G. Storage-wise, the M9+ comes with an excellent 32GB of onboard memory with the option to expand it up to 128GB with a MicroSD card. It will run on Android Lollipop 5.0.2 operating system and feature HTC's Sense 7.0 user interface.
Available in 3 colour choices which include Silver Gold, Gunmetal Grey and Amber Gold, we'll keep you notified on when we can expect to see the HTC One M9+ in the UK.
