Track calories and nutrients super easily by scanning the barcodes or simply searching the foods that you eat, and add them to your daily food diary. A short quiz when you download the app finds a suitable goal for your calorie and nutrient intake - but you can also customise this yourself.

Down Dog

Down Dog fuses both mental and physical health together with over 30,000 yoga teachings. Yoga is commonly regarded as one of the best exercises for reducing stress, but can also really help with physical ailments.

Down Dog has plenty of yoga routines to choose from, and you can completely customise all of your courses to target 12 different areas of practice. You can also choose from seven different instructors - so you won't get an annoying voice messing with your zen.

Targeted specifically at anxiety, MindShift is an amazing tool that uses CBT methods to track and reduce anxiety symptoms quickly, and for the long term.
