As a valuable member of the Chitter Chatter Telesales team, you’ll be responsible for not only selling the latest mobile technology and renewing customers contracts, but also ensuring our customers receive amazing service. Main duties include:
- Taking inbound calls generated from text and web campaigns to secure new customers
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to renew contracts and sell additional products
- Cross-selling products and services to existing customers
- Up-selling to existing, new and lapsed customers
- Maintaining accurate database records using our in-house EPOS and CRM systems.
